   Yubin Jang is a Ph.D. student in the Education and Social Policy program, affiliated with the College of Education and Human Development and the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. Her research focuses on the educational leadership pipeline, educator quality, and professional development, employing quantitative and mixed-methods approaches. Her primary advisor is Dr. Lauren P. Bailes.
   She is currently employed as a research assistant on several projects, including research on leadership representation in independent schools, principal professional learning experiences, CTE teacher qualifications, and professional learning partnerships. Her dissertation delves into the Title II, Part A funding distribution and implementation at the state and local district levels.
